People who experience those kinds of violence will likely to develop psychological trauma and emotional issues. Many victims will suffer depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, sleep disorders, eating disorders, distrust of others, aggression, emotional powerlessness some of them can recover while others will not. Physical injuries are also common to those kind of violence.
