During pregnancy a mother must be responsible with her health and also the baby in her tummy. A mother should sleep early, exercise, take appropriate vitamins, complete prenatal care. A mother must not try to smoke cigarette and take drugs and alcohol.  Infant death syndrome can also be prevented through the following: Place your baby to sleep on his or her back,  Dont leave pillows, fluffy toys or stuffed animals in the crib,Dont cover your babys head,Have your baby sleep in in your room, Breast-feed your baby and complete the  Immunization process of your baby.
