Beliefs of SDA Church According to Mrs. Ellen White

 

Seventh Day Adventist believe and accept the Bible as their Guide in teaching of the holy Scripture. Bible is the foundation of their belief and they wholly follow what is being stated therein. Seventh Day Adventist believe that Jesus is the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit. As we study their doctrine, we discover that there belief is closely related to other Christian denomination since this religious follow one standard book and that is the Bible. Seventh Day Adventist has little practices that actually found in the old testament and this practices makes them different from other bible based religious group. namely:  Seventh day Adventist church service will be Saturday, no question about this because this is actually stated in the bible in the old testament. but Jesus says He is the Lord of Sabbath, there are some verses in bible says, Just allocate any day of the week to worship God not only that, doing good to our fellow men is form of worship. Lastly they do not eat pork, again no question about this because this is also stated in the old testament, God prohibit Jewish people to eat pork. But in the new testament Jesus Christ change the law. we can now eat pork as long as we give thanks to God. what is prohibited in old testament Jesus allows it in the new testament. the basis of salvation of the old testament people is to follow the law, the basis of salvation of the new testament people which is in our time is to accept, believe and have faith in Jesus Christ in order for us to be save and to have eternal life with Him.
